Customer showed us to the basement where he pointed to a floor drain by the kitchen stack that was backing up. Pricing was approved to clear. Once the blockage was cleared we continued to cable the drain while pouring bucket after bucket down the floor drain. We did cable through the kitchen stack based clean out. Flushed out grease build up. Ran kitchen line to confirm flow and no leaks from the clean out cap.
