The shower cartridge had failed and the hot side was leaking by. Gave customer pricing to have the cartridge replaced, customer agreed to the price and began work.Removed old cartridge and replaced it with a new cartridge. Reassembled the shower valve and turned the water back on to the home. The shower no longer leaks, and also set the temperature on the shower to 120 degrees.
